I usually have much free time to listen to my mentor's telling something about the culture of this organization.
After that, i would think about what i can do here? should i stay here? when should i leave?
well...i won't leave now...i would like to learn something about SAP...recruiting...and..any other things i have  not touched before.
Frankly, i felt a little helpless...
The big-headed are families, they have the same thought in which kind of course should be imparted to their employees.
They prefered the practical courses. it is expected that the employee show the new skill up right away after training .
So...many many soft courses were not accepted....of cause "TA" was included.
